Marca Machine Engineering has been manufacturing highly customized form tooling as well as part perimeter tooling for decades. When our customer’s account for our development of the programming and machining efficiencies for that tooling, they quickly realized that MME is the most cost effective option for virtually all complex tooling applications.

Many of the four-posted hydraulically powered die sets that MME has designed and built over the years also include on-board PLC control systems that allow them to become complete tooling packages. This results in a dramatic reduction in production down time caused by tool changeover that in turn drastically increases process machine run time and thereby profit margins on jobs run.
